The Providence Sailing team's home venue is the Rhode Island Yacht Club located in Cranston, Rhode Island about 15 minutes off campus. We are in close proximity to the Edgewood Yacht Club, home of the Brown University Sailing team, which provides us with a great opportunity to practice with them on a regular basis

To reach the Club from the North:
If you are in Providence, take Allens Avenue south until it turns into Narragansett Boulevard. Follow the Boulevard until it dead ends at Ocean Avenue. (You will see the Club on your left.) Turn left at Ocean Avenue and drive to the end of the street.

From other locations, take 95 south to Exits 14-15 (Routes 37, 1 & 2). Follow exit 14 to Route 1 North (Post Road). Follow Post Road approximately 3 miles until it dead ends at Pawtuxet Village. You will be at a light, the Bank Cafe will be on your left. Turn left and drive through the village. As you leave the village, Ocean Avenue will be on your right. Turn right and drive to the end of the street.

To reach the Club from the South:

Take 95 north to Exits 14-15 (Routes 37, 1 & 2). Follow exit 14A to Route 1 North (Post Road). Follow Post Road approximately 3 miles until it dead ends at Pawtuxet Village. You will be at a light, the Bank Cafe will be on your left. Turn left and drive through the village. As you leave the village, Ocean Avenue will be on your right. Turn right and drive to the end of the street.
