-PC has 19 Division 1 sports, 15 of which compete in the Big East Conference. Over 300 dedicated student athletes compete in Friar Athletics.

-Currently the Men's Basketball Team is battling for an NCAA tournament bid in the coming months. With a 5-6 record in the Big East, the Friars are currently on the bubble. They are a fun team to watch as this young team continues to improve.

-The Men's Hockey Team is having a tough year but is striving towards the last remaining spot in the Hockey East Tournament. The next two weeks will prove to be very key for the Friars.

-The Women's Hockey Team is having a successful year as they have posted a record of 10-4-3 in Hockey East.
