"Lo Stivale" is what many Italians may refer to their country as, which means "the boot" because of its boot-like shape. Italy is located in southern Europe, to the east of France, and west of Slovenia. Italy is famous for its culture and known for its beutiful landscape. The country is the home to world renown art and museums and much more. The Italian people live in small communities and are normally close to their families. Throughout this webpage we will look at three major cities: Rome, Florence, and Venice. Also, we will explore some other unique aspects Italy has to offer.
